Quality Inspector Back-Up

The Quality Inspector Back-Up will be responsible for supporting the effective implementation and maintenance of quality standards within the organisation. The role involves carrying out all duties typically associated with a Quality Inspector position, while providing additional support to ensure the continued success of the quality programme on the assigned shift. Key responsibilities include maintaining documentation and records in line with our ISO 13485 certification requirements, supporting quality system compliance, fostering positive employee relationships, and working closely with Shift Managers and other departments to promote a strong quality culture. The successful candidate will play an important role in identifying opportunities for improvement, ensuring quality procedures are consistently followed, and supporting the wider management team in achieving company objectives.
