Cook - Senior Positon required for a charming, busy countryside pub and restaurant in Woodford, Co Galway. The Role We are seeking a passionate Senior Cook to lead our small, dedicated kitchen team. You will run the daily kitchen operations, create traditional and modern pub dishes, and maintain high standards of food safety. This is a full-time, permanent position. Key Responsibilities Manage daily food preparation and service. Cook high-quality pub classics and seasonal specials. Order stock and manage inventory levels. Maintain strict HACCP and food safety standards. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff. Control portion sizes and minimize food waste. Requirements 3+ years of experience in a busy kitchen environment. Strong leadership skills to guide a small team. Deep knowledge of HACCP compliance and documentation. Passion for Irish produce and hearty pub cuisine. Reliable transport due to our rural countryside location. Legal right to work full-time in Ireland.
