The Graduate Logistical Data and Business Analyst supports the evaluation, optimization, and data-driven analysis of logistical workflows, operational procedures, and supply chain projects. This role focuses on analyzing operational department performance, conducting work-method studies, establishing project timelines, and supporting contractual/service arrangements to enhance business efficiency and lower operational costs
Key Responsibilities
● Studies particular department or problem area and assesses its interrelationships with other activities
● Studies work methods and procedures by measuring work involved and computing standard times for specified activities, and produces report detailing suggestions for increasing efficiency and lowering costs
● Analyses project components, organises them into a logical sequence and establishes the minimum time required for the project
● Analyze existing work methods and procedures by measuring task volumes and computing standard cycle times for logistics operations
● Purchases services, receives payment from clients, processes contracts and deals with contractual arrangements
● Study specific logistics and operational departments or problem areas, evaluating their interrelationships with cross-functional supply chain activities
● Prepare operational reports detailing recommendations to streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, increase throughput efficiency, and lower overall operational costs
● Model project workflows to establish minimum required timelines, critical paths, and resource needs for operational deployments
● Develop and update dashboards (using PowerBI, Excel, or SharePoint) to track operational KPIs against project milestones
● Liaise with clients, service providers, and internal stakeholders to maintain aligned communication and smooth service execution
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to structure project schedules, organize component tasks, and track performance metrics
• Strong knowledge of operations management, logistics coordination, and supply chain processes
• Experience working with ERP and warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or similar).Navision and BC experience an advantage
• Understanding of batch and serial-controlled inventory environments. Medical and MDR regulations require strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate operational issues
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in a regulated environment
• Experience using data and reporting tools to support operational decision-making
• Strong communicator and proven ability to manage cross functionally.
Experience & Qualifications
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Law, Supply Chain, or a related field is highly valued.
• Previous experience with Data analytics, ERP Systems and modern automations
• Previous experience in data driven supply chain, logistics, inventorycontrol
