Required Knowledge / Experience: Responsibilities:
Own and administer the Moodle Learning Management System, including course build, user account management and completion reporting.
Design and build new courses on Articulate and Moodle Workplace platforms, contributing to the organisation's digital learning offering.
Gather and evaluate learner feedback, using findings to inform improvements to future course design and delivery.• Experience of conducting training needs analysis and translating findings into learning programme design.
Experience of analysing learning and completion data and reporting
Own and maintain the integrity of the L&D record system across Salesforce and other platforms, ensuring data is accurate, current and audit ready.
Identify and implement ongoing improvements and efficiencies in training data management processes.
Determine learning objectives, content sequencing, assessment design and completion criteria for each programme, ensuring pedagogical coherence across the curriculum.
Conduct organisation wide training needs analysis to identify capability gaps, translating findings into curriculum design decisions and programme specifications.
Design blended learning pathways combining self directed digital content, facilitated workshops and tutor led delivery, selecting the appropriate modality for each learning outcome.
Design and facilitate workshops and briefings for managers on learning frameworks, compliance requirements and effective use of the digital learning platform.
Design, build and maintain the organisation's mandatory compliance learning programme end to end, including content design, completion rules and monthly analysis reporting to senior managers.
Maintain current professional knowledge of instructional design practice, adult learning methodology and learning technology, applying it to the continuous development of the organisation's learning provision.
About Candidate:
A level 8 or higher qualification in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrable experience of designing and authoring eLearning content using an industry standard authoring tool such as Articulate Storyline.
Demonstrable experience of administering and configuring a Learning Management System, including course build, automation and completion reporting.
Working Hours: 35 Hours Per week
Annual Salary: 36,605.00
