Irwin’s Megastore is a leading electrical and home appliance retailer based in Waterford, Ireland. We are looking for a motivated and experienced E-commerce Executive to support and help drive the day-to-day operation of our online retail channel. Working closely with senior management, the successful candidate will be hands-on across platform management, digital marketing, catalog maintenance, and the rollout of new digital tools including AI-driven automation. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of the Shopify platform including product listings, app configuration, and performance monitoring Maintaining and updating a 3,000+ SKU product catalog, including seasonal model changeover updates for major appliance brands Assisting with the sourcing and onboarding of drop shipping suppliers for accessory and peripheral product lines Supporting the execution and monitoring of Google and Meta PPC campaigns, tracking performance against ROAS targets Assisting with the implementation and day-to-day operation of dynamic pricing tools to monitor competitor pricing Coordinating with in-house content creators to ensure website and social media assets are optimised for conversion Supporting the build and deployment of AI chatbot tools for customer service automation Assisting with the implementation of on-site AI product recommendation and personalisation features Handling day-to-day customer service queries across digital channels and supporting warehouse fulfilment coordination Managing and maintaining Click & Collect workflows between physical store locations and the online store Supporting delivery routing coordination for large white goods fulfilment across Munster Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role within a retail environment Experience working with high-ticket or high-value product categories (e.g. large appliances, electronics, furniture, or similar) Working knowledge of Shopify including product management, app installation, and basic analytics Familiarity with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads — experience monitoring and reporting on campaign performance is an advantage Interest in or experience with AI tools, chatbots, or marketing automation platforms Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a large product catalog with accuracy Good written communication skills for customer-facing digital channels What we offer - Salary: €36,605 per annum 39 Hours a week Permanent full-time contract Opportunity to grow with a digitally ambitious retail business Hands-on experience across Shopify, PPC, and AI implementation
