Operations Executive – Evening Shift Company: Zeus Packaging Limited Location: Greenogue Businesss Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin D24 TD23 Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week Salary: €36,608 Annually About the Role Zeus Packaging is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Executive to lead our evening shift at our Z2 warehouse in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for managing the evening operation, with a strong focus on inbound container unloading, goods receiving, stock putaway, and outbound order picking. You will lead a warehouse team to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate operations while delivering excellent service to our customers. Key Responsibilities Analyse end-to-end warehouse and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, optimise workflows, and improve overall operational performance.  Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational scorecards, and performance dashboards to support informed decision-making.  Conduct operational data analysis using ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and business intelligence tools to identify trends, forecast operational requirements, and improve business outcomes.  Design and optimise business processes using Lean principles, process mapping, value stream analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.  Monitor warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, inbound receiving, and dispatch performance to ensure operational excellence.  Evaluate operational risks, identify process vulnerabilities, and implement mitigation strategies to strengthen business continuity and operational resilience.  Assess warehouse capacity, operational throughput, labour utilisation, and resource efficiency to support scalable and cost-effective operations.  Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, logistics, quality assurance, customer service, and commercial teams to improve cross-functional process integration.  Maintain compliance About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in a similar Leadership role. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, particularly goods-in, inventory control, and order picking. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound operational decisions. A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. A forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
