Chef

This is a hands-on role for a passionate and creative chef, ensuring preparation and presentation of all menu items to the highest standards at all times.

You will have the ability to prioritize, organize and delegate work assignments to control service. Also to manage the order of supplies. Ensure that HACCP is implemented and documented efficiently, oversee and direct training of staff and running of the kitchen.
