Jimmy's Take Away at Killarainy, Moycullen, Galway, H91 EF61, Ireland is seeking two experienced Chef de Parties for a full-time role.

Candidates must have at least two years of experience and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. The role involves assisting the Head Chef and preparing traditional Kosovo or Balkan dishes using specialist equipment and techniques, such as spice blending and dough preparation. You will be responsible for ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, managing section stock levels, minimizing operational waste, and maintaining strict compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations.
