Archaeological Management Solutions (AMS) Group Limited requires an Assistant Site Director (Archaeological Projects) to work at Fahy’s Rd, Drimna, Kilrush, Co. Clare, V15 C780. The role involves: contributing to archaeological field projects across designated project sites; assisting with archaeological investigations; supporting the recording, analysis and interpretation of findings to contribute to the understanding of past human societies and cultural heritage. Responsibilities also include: assisting with post-excavation analysis, preparing and reviewing technical reports; ensuring compliance with professional, statutory and health & safety standards; supporting project planning and field operations; liaising with clients and relevant authorities, maintaining project documentation on SharePoint in line with AMS guidelines; contributing to the dissemination of archaeological research. Candidates must hold a relevant archaeology degree (or equivalent), have at least two years of archaeological field experience or experience in a similar role, and possess a driving licence. Salary: €41,600 per annum. 40 working hours per week. Please contact AMS hiring team at [email protected].
