General Operative

Location: Fairyhouse Steel, Porterstown Lane, Fairyhouse, Ratoath, Co.Meath. A85 KX79. Role Description: Successful candidates will be required to work as part of the factory production team fabricating reinforcement steel to meet production / shipping targets on a daily basis. The candidate will be required to perform a variety of roles from operating CNC machinery for cutting & bending bars, operating gantry cranes, loading trailers, tying steel & welding. Hours per week: 39. Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm. Friday, 8am - 4pm. Successful candidates will be required to have: - Experience working in a cut & bent reinforcement steel facility - Ability to work to our production/delivery program & achieve the required daily output - Experience with working CNC rebar machinery, welding, steel fixing. - Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues & management - Ability to be flexible in their role - Comply with all of our safety policies & procedures.
