Camile Thai, Ashbourne, require an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team of culinary professionals.
Responsibilites of this role are as follows:
Preparation and presentation of food to a high standard as instructed by Head Chef;
Demonstrate an efficient and cost-effective approach to tasks;
Ensure compliance food safety and hygiene policies and practices at all times;
Maintain a close working relationship with the Culinary Team and those in other areas as required to provide a smooth and efficient service;
Assist with menu design; Carry out regular stock takes to ensure costs are controlled and that all stocks are accounted for; Prioritise and ensure delivery of a high standard of customer care at all times.
