Experience in creating Curries and Tandoori dishes to high standard - Overall responsibility for the kitchen's daily operations - Assisting in creation of new dishes and menus - Monitoring and controlling stock levels - Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen We are looking for an experienced Indian Cuisine Chef that has experience making curries and Tandoori cuisine dishes. Must be able to work under pressure, work with online ordering, etc. All food must be prepared to high standard of quality to meet customer's requirements. Must be available to work 38 hours week days and weekend in the evening hours. Work Address is Unit 13, Willow Business Park, Knockmitten Lane Dublin12
