Electrical Technician – Substations

Actavo (Ireland) Ltd, Westland House, Westland Park, Willow Road, Dublin 12, D12 DK12, require Electrical Technicians – Substations to install, maintain, test and repair substation equipment and associated electrical infrastructure, including HV and LV electrical systems, switchgear, transformers and protection equipment, perform cable installations and terminations, execute maintenance and fault-finding activities, complete inspection and testing works, assist with outage and switching programmes and maintain accurate site records and test certificates in accordance with utility safety standards and procedures. Candidates must hold a Master Electrician qualification or equivalent recognised electrical qualification and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role working on electrical substations, repairs, maintenance and testing activities. Suitable references of experience are essential, and candidates must be hard working and capable of making decisions. Salary €45,000- €50,000 per annum based on a 39-hour week.
