Inventory Planning and Procurement Specialist

Inventory Planning & Procurement Specialist required to work at The Shamrock Gift Company (Trading House) Unlimited Company at Unit 16 Trinity Court, Fonthill Industrial Estate, Dublin 22, D22KD90, Ireland. Must have relevant experience in inventory planning, procurement, supply chain, and sales analysis. Duties: - manage inventory planning and replenishment strategies to optimise product availability while aligning with commercial objectives and budget requirements; - analyse sales performance, inventory trends and demand patterns to recommend purchasing volumes and support procurement decisions; - collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to coordinate replenishment plans, monitor product availability and resolve supply issues; - evaluate supplier performance, monitor product quality and support continuous improvements in sourcing and supply processes; - prepare inventory planning reports and provide data-driven recommendations to improve purchasing strategies, forecast accuracy and operational efficiency; - work closely with merchandising and purchasing teams to align inventory plans with sales forecasts, promotional activities and business priorities; - support the identification of new sourcing opportunities and contribute to supplier evaluations and procurement initiatives; - train and mentor team members on inventory planning processes, procurement procedures and operational best practices.
