Family Support Worker Vacancies - Ref: SC25-828 Stewarts Care Designated Activity Company, Mill Lane, Palmerstown Lower Dublin 20 D20XT80 and various locations Permanent Contract for 35 hours per week. Minimum annual remuneration will be €36,812 (gross) per annum Minimum Education & Skills required   QQI Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent (preferred) Job Duties & Responsibilities   The role of family support worker will be to facilitate the child with a disability and their family, in all aspects of daily living including assisting with accessing services in the community, supporting families with liaison with external agencies and advocating for their needs, and support with implementing aspects of therapy programmes as advised by the interdisciplinary team through a family centred approach.
