Hospitality Manager

Blackpitts Hospitality Ltd T/A Aloft Dublin City is seeking to recruit 1 Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business and ensure high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations and service shifts. Supervise, train, and support staff, including rostering and performance management. Ensure excellent customer service and effectively handle customer feedback and complaints.

Manage stock control, ordering, cash handling, and operational procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards. Requirements: Previous management experience in the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Good command of the English language. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
