Salary: €29,406 – €32,691 DOE
The Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centered support in a small residential care setting, empowering individuals to live meaningful, independent lives.
Key Responsibilities
· Providing person-centered support tailored to individual needs, promoting independence, self-care, and community integration
· Working collaboratively with individuals to set, review, and achieve personal goals
· Supporting daily living activities while promoting dignity, autonomy, and informed choice
· Encouraging skill development and confidence in everyday life
· Maintaining accurate records and contributing to individual support plans
· Engaging in reflective practice to continually improve care delivery
· Participating in training, supervision, and team activities to enhance service quality

Essential Requirements
· Minimum FETAC Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support, Social Care, or equivalent
· Strong English communication, IT, report writing, and planning skills
· Full, clean driving licence (mandatory)
· Subject to Garda Vetting
· Ability to provide two references
