Preparation, cooking, and presentation of authentic Malaysian and Southeast Asian cuisine, including Malaysian, Nyonya (Peranakan), and Thai dishes. Operation and supervision of the wok station. Ensuring food quality and consistency. Supervising and training kitchen staff. Stock control and ordering. Maintaining compliance with HACCP, food hygiene, and health and safety standards.
Proven 3+ experience in Malaysian, Nyonya (Peranakan), and Thai cuisine. Strong wok cooking skills/ technique and experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.
