Chef De Partie

Chef de Partie is required to work at Elite Cuisine Ltd, Unit 4, Monahan Road Industrial Park, Monahan Road, Cork, T12 DT85, Ireland. Duties will include preparing, cooking and presenting a variety of dishes for corporate and private catering events; preparing ingredients and food according to established recipes and menus; assisting with the preparation and development of menus in collaboration with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff; ensuring consistency in food quality, portioning and presentation; preparing dishes to meet different dietary requirements; monitoring food preparation and service; maintaining high standards of food hygiene, health and safety; ensuring the kitchen and work areas are kept clean and organised; monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering and storage of ingredients and supplies; and supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the kitchen. The candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Salary: €36,605 per annum. Hours: 39 hours per week. Apply to Ian Shannon at [email protected]
