We are seeking an experienced Project Co-Ordinator or Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting in the planning and scheduling of onsite projects, drawing preparation, organising materials, and arranging sub-contractors. - Assisting with material purchasing, managing stock and deliveries for ongoing site projects - Communication and working alongside the on-site team to resolve queries and variations - Quality, Risk and Safety management of projects to ensure compliance with all required industry legislation and standards - Assist in monitoring project performance to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget Preferred Experience & Skills: - Proven experience in the above tasks, with a solid track record in either Construction, Civil Engineering for both residential and commercial projects - Ability to read and prepare detailed drawings and use CAD software - Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high quality outputs - Strong negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers, sub contractors and site supervisors to secure best terms and resolve disputes - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong overall computer skills - Excellent organisation skills to manage multiple tasks, documents and priorities efficiently and meet tight deadlines. - Ability to work well in a team environment, flexibility to adjust to evolving circumstances and capable of independent problem solving What We Offer Competitive salary that reflects experience and expertise with potential for generous bonus on meeting agreed targets Long-term, secure employment with ongoing training and upskilling encouraged.
