Sous Chef

We are seeking an experienced, reliable and motivated Sous Chef to join our team. You will assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen smoothly, supervise daily operations, prepare high-quality dishes, and maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities - Assist the Head Chef with menu planning, food preparation and cooking to consistent standards ​ - Supervise and support kitchen staff, assign tasks and ensure efficient workflow ​ - Manage inventory, check stock levels and place orders as needed ​ - Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food hygiene regulations and workplace health & safety rules ​ - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen areas and equipment ​ - Step in to lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is absent
