Position: F&B Assistant / Waiter / Waitress with Fine Dinning experience
Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Salary: €14.15 Mon-Sat and €15.15 on a Sunday.
Hours: Approx. 39
Location:Co. Leitrim
Start Date: ASAP / To Be Confirmed

Main Responsibilities
Restaurant and bar service
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations
Assisting during weddings and events
Taking food and beverage orders
Delivering professional guest service
Preparing and maintaining service areas
Supporting team members during busy periods
Ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards
Assisting with table setup and clearing
Maintaining positive guest interaction at all times
Candidate Profile
Previous restaurant, hotel, or bar experience preferred
Good level of spoken English
Friendly, positive, and professional personality
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work within a busy hospitality environment
Flexible attitude and willingness to support operations
Team player with good communication skills
