Position: Sales Surveyor Location: Dublin 6, Ireland Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: €30,385 per annum (paid monthly) + On-Target Earnings (OTE) of €36,000+ About Rentokil Initial Rentokil Initial is a global leader in pest control and business support services, operating in nearly 70 countries for over 90 years. Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Sales Surveyor to join our Dublin team. This role involves identifying customer needs, conducting site surveys, preparing solutions, and achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and other internal teams to support business growth and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets set by the Sales Manager. Conduct customer site surveys and recommend appropriate pest control solutions. Prepare clear and accurate reports and maintain complete sales records. Follow company sales procedures, policies, and reporting requirements. Attend training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product and sales knowledge. Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to management. Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers. Promote customer retention initiatives and provide excellent after-sales support. Work collaboratively with administration, service, and other business divisions. Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety, Environmental, and Expense policies. Report accidents, incidents, hazards, and other safety concerns promptly. Safeguard company documentation and equipment. Requirements Applicants should ideally have: Full Irish driving licence. Previous experience in a similar sales or surveyor role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and meeting deadlines.
