Electronics Service Technician

About the Role Adam Tech4U Ltd is seeking a skilled Electronics Service Technician to join our growing repair team.

The successful candidate will diagnose, repair and maintain electronic devices, with a primary focus on smartphones and other consumer electronic equipment. The role requires excellent fault-finding skills, attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality repairs within agreed timeframes. Key Responsibilities Diagnose faults in smartphones and other electronic devices.

Perform hardware repairs, including replacement of screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras and other components. Carry out component-level repairs and micro soldering where required. Repair water-damaged electronic devices.

Install, update and troubleshoot device software and operating systems. Test repaired devices to ensure full functionality and quality standards are met. Maintain accurate repair records and inventory of replacement parts.

Follow company quality, health and safety procedures. Provide technical advice and support to colleagues and customers when required. Essential Requirements Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as an Electronics Service Technician, Mobile Phone Repair Technician or a similar electronic repair role.

Experience diagnosing and repairing smartphones and consumer electronic devices. Good knowledge of Android and iOS devices. Ability to use electronic testing and repair equipment safely.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills Experience in motherboard repair and microsoldering. Experience using diagnostic software and specialised repair tools. Technical qualification in electronics, electrical engineering or a related discipline is an advantage but not essential.
