As a result of ongoing business growth, we are currently seeking an experienced and forward-thinking person for the position of Head of Aftersales & Service Centre to join our leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and as part of the Senior Management Team, the Head of Aftersales & Service Centre will be responsible to lead, develop and elevate the Aftersales and Service Centre function in a cost controlled, effective and ethical manner. Key responsibilities include: Set and deliver the Aftersales & Service Centre annual plan aligned to the Company highest quality standards and customer-first approach. Drive operational excellence and effective performance in the Aftersales and Service Centre function, ensuring key KPIs including customer experience, productivity, warranty and commercial are closely managed and always met. Lead & motivate all teams within the Aftersales and Service Centre function to ensure maximum levels of engagement, efficiency and professional development. Own and develop our supply chain and key strategic partnerships to support the delivery of Aftersales and Service Centre function objectives. Own and maintain effective control environment which ensures ongoing performance consistency, cost control and compliance with all relevant requirements. Own and maintain accurate and timely performance measurement and reporting within the Aftersales and Service Centre function. Collaborate with other Senior Management Team colleagues to ensure ongoing alignment and delivery of common business goals. Establish and maintain effective communication with Chief Operating Officer, ensuring any significant shortfall in work capacity or performance issues are escalated in timely manner. Proactive seek out and execute changes in the Aftersales and Service Centre function at every opportunity based a well-maintained knowledge of relevant industry best practices. Required Skills & Experience: Proven senior leadership experience within automotive industry Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering commercial related outcomes Deep understanding of Aftersales and Service Centre operations and standards Effective stakeholder and supply chain management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues
