Welder / Metal Fabricator

We are seeking two (2) skilled and experienced Welders / Metal Fabricators to join B & C Fabrications Ltd in Dublin 12. The successful candidates will be responsible for welding, fabricating and assembling metal components to the required quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG, TIG and/or Arc welding according to project requirements. Fabricate, assemble and repair metal components. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Measure, cut and prepare metal materials using appropriate tools and equipment. Grind, finish and prepare fabricated metal components. Carry out painting and finishing of fabricated metal components where required. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain welding equipment and tools in safe working condition. Follow all health and safety procedures. Work effectively with colleagues and supervisors to complete projects on time. Salary: €36,950 gross per year. Hours: 39 hours per week. Contract: Permanent, full-time. Key Requirements: Proven practical experience in welding and metal fabrication. Experience with MIG, TIG and/or Arc welding. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team. Relevant welding certification is desirable but not essential where sufficient practical experience can be demonstrated. Previous experience in fabrication, manufacturing or industrial environments is desirable. Manual Handling and Safe Pass certification, or willingness to obtain, is desirable. Good communication skills.
