About the Role: Adam's Green is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality food to a consistently high standard, contributing to menu development, and supporting the smooth running of daily service. Key Responsibilities: Independently prepare, cook and present food for an assigned section of the kitchen Prepare in-house food items (e.g. sandwiches, deli and café menu items) to a consistent standard Contribute to menu development and recipe refinement in line with customer preferences and seasonal ingredients Ensure all food is prepared and stored in compliance with HACCP and food safety standards Manage stock levels, rotation and ordering for your section Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work station Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service Essential Requirements: Minimum 2 years' verifiable experience working as a Chef de Partie, Cook, or in an equivalent hands-on kitchen role with independent food preparation responsibility Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Good communication skills Right to work in Ireland, or willingness to support employment permit sponsorship for the right candidate Desirable: Experience in café, deli or bakery-style food preparation
