Maybin Support Services (Ireland) Limited T/A ABM Ireland is looking for a full-time Recruitment Officer to join our team. Responsible for providing a quality consultative recruitment service in line with the requirements of the company; interviewing candidates for jobs; developing exceptional talent acquisition strategy in order to build a talent pipeline accordingly; building network with high-potential job-seekers to ensure that the business has access to the most qualified talents in the market, working comfortably on challenging daily environments that take place; assisting with negotiations between management and employees concerning pay and conditions of employment; advising on training and recruitment, negotiating procedures, salary agreements and other relations issues; developing and continually review an applicant attraction strategy that is fit for purpose to ensure that company’s requirements are met; proactively arranging interviews; managing candidates expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle; ensuring all workers have signed contracts and are aware and comply with company and statutory requirements. Candidates must have at least 1 years of experience; a bachelor’s degree; a good knowledge of the recruitment market; a willingness to learn and adapt; the desire to drive great results; highly organised and able to drive operational process efficiency internally; strong ability to influence people; excellent attention to detail; self-sufficient/self-managing, excellent oral and written communication skills. A positive ‘can do’ attitude and an enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to meet the needs of the company are required.
