Senior Executive - Offshore Wind Technology & Commercial Development

We are looking for a senior executive with extensive experience in the floating offshore wind sector, who combines strong industry knowledge with an established network of relationships across the offshore wind community.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing TFI Marine's commercial and strategic growth strategy. They will be expected to identify opportunities, develop relationships with key industry participants, support major commercial opportunities and help position TFI Marine's technology within the rapidly developing floating offshore wind market.
This is a highly relationship-driven role. The successful candidate should have an established reputation and network within the floating offshore wind industry and be capable of opening doors, developing strategic relationships and representing TFI Marine credibly at senior level.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
• Help develop and execute TFI Marine's commercial strategy for the floating offshore wind market.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities, partnerships and markets.
• Develop relationships with offshore wind developers, turbine OEMs, engineering companies, utilities, contractors, marine operators and other key industry stakeholders.
• Identify projects and opportunities where TFI Marine's technology can provide significant commercial and technical value.
• Support the development and negotiation of strategic partnerships, commercial agreements and customer contracts.
• Represent TFI Marine in senior-level commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Provide the Board with market intelligence, strategic insight and recommendations.
• Monitor developments in floating offshore wind technology, projects, supply chains, regulation and commercial models.
Industry Relationships & Business Development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across the floating offshore wind sector.
• Leverage an existing industry network to develop introductions, opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Engage with developers during the early stages of project development to identify opportunities for TFI Marine's technology.
• Develop relationships with major floating wind projects and their developers, engineering partners and supply chains.
• Represent TFI Marine at major industry conferences, exhibitions, workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop TFI Marine's profile and reputation within the global floating offshore wind community.
Technology & Market Development
• Develop a detailed understanding of the technical and commercial challenges facing floating offshore wind.
• Understand the evolving requirements of developers, turbine OEMs, mooring suppliers, marine contractors and other participants in the floating wind supply chain.
• Work closely with TFI Marine's engineering team to understand the company's technology and communicate its value proposition
