About the Role Leonard Catering Ltd is seeking two experienced Chef de Partie professionals to join our kitchen team across our restaurant locations in County Galway. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of dishes to a consistently high standard while maintaining food quality, presentation, hygiene and food safety standards in a busy hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and kitchen standards. Prepare mise en place and ensure ingredients are ready for service. Maintain consistent food quality, portion control and presentation. Work efficiently during busy breakfast, lunch and dinner services. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and food safety. Monitor and minimise food waste. Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team. Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation. Follow HACCP and all relevant food safety procedures. Carry out other reasonable duties associated with the role. Requirements: Relevant professional culinary experience. Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A professional and reliable approach to work.
