Systems Support Analyst

We are seeking a System Support Analyst to provide technical support, troubleshooting, configuration and maintenance across our IT systems and infrastructure. Requirements: - Education: minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field - Experience: minimum 1-2 years of hands on experience managing, configuring and troubleshooting IT systems, networks, hardware and software - strong practical knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, hardware and system administration - excellent problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills - ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and independently - strong communication and organisational skills - experience of working in a multicultural setting Applicants must successfully pass a mandatory rigorous practical technical troubleshooting assessment during the first phase of evaluation
