Department: Warehouse Position Type: Permanent Full-Time for Night Shift Job Summary The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient use of staff and equipment, maintaining health & safety standards, and supporting team performance to meet operational targets. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily warehouse activities in line with company procedures and SOPs. • Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets. • Conduct regular team briefings and toolbox talks. • Ensure stock accuracy and minimize damages or shortages. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality standards. • Monitor employee performance, attendance, and conduct meetings where required. • Report accidents or equipment incidents promptly to management. • Ensure equipment is used effectively and maintained properly. • Support continuous improvement and assist with warehouse projects when required. Requirements • Previous warehouse or supervisory experience preferred. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Good attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
