Main Responsibilities
You'll partner with one of our biggest clients to produce digital advertising assets that require our in-house teams to deliver quality x quantity.
You are responsible for the process and completion of multiple design and animation projects simultaneously, managing the input and output of our Design, Illustration, and Animation teams.
You work closely with Program/Project Managers and production teams across several time zones to ensure creative output meets a high standard.
You make sure that the work meets the client's strategy, brand, and creative goals, as well as our own quality standards.
You help with scoping and quoting projects, working with senior team members and department leads to propose timelines and estimates.
As part of Monks, you are part of an international production company, with 7,000 people from all production disciplines working together to craft the best of work.
Brief team members on delivery objectives and keep stakeholders informed of project
progress.
Ensure deadlines are met, flagging any that are at risk as early as possible.
Schedule, track, and prioritise assignments, and ensure the right people and resources are available.
Liaise between clients and teams to ensure milestones are met, coordinating internal resources against external deadlines.
Manage a team of producers and designers in the region, leading with structure and care.
Skills Required
Relevant third level degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
At least 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Producer or Project Manager in digital
advertising or creative production.
Solid understanding of the creative workflow of fast-paced design and animation projects.
Sufficient technical knowledge to foresee and address planning/production issues, and to translate project complexity into clear language for clients.
Strong team player who can work effectively across teams, time zones, and
technologies.
Comfortable collaborating with creatives, illustrators, designers, 2D animators, 3D
animators, and concept artists.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience setting up and
managing production projects across offices.
Proficient with spreadsheets and project management tools (e.g., Team Gantt, 10,000ft, Basecamp).
Calm and confident when facing clients and ambiguity.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience.
