Karl Strong Construction Limited is urgently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a civil engineering project in Dublin, commencing 7 September 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of site activities, workers and subcontractors. The role requires strong practical experience in civil engineering works, particularly drainage, underground utilities and pipe-laying. Applicants with substantial experience as a civil engineering site foreman, site supervisor or civil engineer will also be considered. Key responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily site operations Coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, plant and materials Monitor progress and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently Ensure compliance with site health and safety requirements Oversee drainage, utilities and pipe-laying works Liaise with company management and other project personnel Maintain appropriate site records and report on progress Requirements: Proven civil engineering or site-management experience Strong drainage, utilities and pipe-laying experience Excellent site supervision, organisation and leadership skills Valid Safe Pass Valid Manual Handling Certificate Own transport Permission to work in Ireland This is an urgent appointment.
