Job Title: Butcher Employer: H&D Meats Ltd T/A Robinson Meats Location: Unit E1 Chapelizod Est, Chapelizod, Dublin 20, D20 C437 Salary: €36,605 p.a. Hours: 39 hours per week Responsibilities: Producing cuts and trims of meat to the company’s specification and at line speed. Deboning several types of meats. Following production targets. Able to work in chilled area. Checking cuts of meat for bruises, blemishes and defects and remove accordingly. Other duties that may be part of the role from time to time. Requirements: Excellent knife skills Experience in breaking down cattle and lamb Excellent customer service skills Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety guidelines
