Murphy Machinery is seeking a skilled Forklift Mechanic to join our growing team. The success candidate will have hands-on experience in forklift maintenance and repair and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out routine, emergency and preventative maintenance on forklifts.
• Interpret manufacturer's technical manuals to perform the necessary maintenance and repairs needed.
• Troubleshoot forklift problems including brake, electrical, and hydraulic systems issues.
• Identify detects imperfections, potential problems, safety issues and potential. malfunctions.
• Able to diagnose and repair mast and attachment components.
• Perform brake servicing and tire/wheel changes.
• Ability to work on LP, gas, and diesel systems.
• Replace broken or defective parts from stock parts and/or order replacement parts for major repairs.
Experiences: Minimum 2-5 years.
Working Hours: 39 hours per week
