A Chef de Partie (specialising in tapas) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required to join our team. Preparation of food in accordance with menu specifications. Adheres to our high standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation. Knowledge of health and safety and high quality food preparation required.
