Darnley Lodge Hotel is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant & Catering Establishment Manager to lead our restaurant and catering operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day restaurant and catering operations. Lead, motivate and develop the hospitality team. Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality and presentation. Manage staffing levels, costs, stock control and ordering. Coordinate restaurant and catering services for functions, weddings and events. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety requirements. Handle customer feedback and ensure smooth, efficient operations. Work closely with the wider hotel management team. Requirements: Recognised relevant third-level qualification in Hospitality Management. Minimum 5 years' relevant hospitality management experience. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of restaurant and catering operations. Proven staff management and team leadership experience. Good knowledge of stock control, ordering and cost management. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays. Hours 39 hours per week, with flexible working hours based on business requirements.
