Newly established company CTR Aviation Rental Ltd. is an international aviation holding company headquartered in Dublin. We specialize in aircraft ownership, leasing and financial management within a growing European aviation group. Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day finance and accounting operations. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Coordinate external audits and statutory reporting. Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning. Prepare management reports. Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements. Coordinate tax compliance (Corporation Tax, VAT, RCT where applicable). Liaise with external accountants, auditors, banks and tax advisers. Support aircraft leasing transactions and investment projects. Assist with transfer pricing documentation and group reporting. Requirements Excellent Excel skills, basic accounting knowledge Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Good command of the English language (written and spoken), Knowledge of Czech, Slovak or German is an advantage, but not a requirement Ability to work independently while cooperating with an international management team Nice to Have: Experience in aviation, leasing or asset management We Offer Competitive salary depending on experience, Annual performance bonus.
