WDZ Partnershiip Limited T/A Dr Acupuncture is hiring Marketing & Business Development Executive (Chinese language is preferable) at Dr Acupuncture 41 Henry Street Dublin 1 D01 H2K3 Ireland Duties: Develop and deliver local marketing plans to increase awareness of the company's clinics and services across local communities. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organisations, business associations, event organisers and relevant service providers to identify partnership and referral opportunities. Represent the company at community events, health and wellbeing fairs, networking sessions and promotional activities, introducing the company's services and engaging directly with potential clients and partners. Coordinate membership and local business-network participation, including communication with membership organisations, attendance at relevant meetings and follow-up on partnership opportunities. Develop corporate and community outreach initiatives, including employee wellbeing, health-awareness and local referral campaigns. Manage patient relationship and retention initiatives, including membership programmes, loyalty activities, referral schemes and follow-up communication for existing clients. Coordinate offline promotional materials, including clinic brochures, leaflets, posters, service information packs, vouchers and in-clinic campaign materials. Liaise with local newspapers, print-media providers, community publications and advertising suppliers to plan and coordinate print advertising and editorial opportunities. Gather local market feedback, monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to improve the company's visibility and engagement in each clinic area. Coordinate with clinic managers and practitioners to ensure marketing campaigns and patient communication accurately reflect available treatments and services. Maintain records of outreach activity, partnership leads, campaign outcomes and patient-engagement results, and prepare regular reports for management. Salary € 36,605 per Annum, 39 Hours Per week with 2 Years Fixed Contract.
