The successful candidates will also be required to work at various client construction sites throughout Galway and the wider Connacht region, with occasional travel to other counties as required. Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with 1 hour unpaid lunch break. Minimum Annual Remuneration: €39,000 per annum (€19.23 per hour), basic salary excluding overtime. Exceeds DETE minimum €36,605 effective 1 March 2026. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting two experienced Dryliners / Plasterers. Duties: - Installing plasterboard to metal stud partition walls and ceilings - Erecting metal stud partition systems in accordance with setting-out requirements - Measuring, cutting and accurately fixing plasterboard sheets - Taping and jointing to a high-quality Level 4/5 finish - Working with British Gypsum, Knauf and similar drylining systems - Reading and interpreting construction drawings and setting out walls - Working as part of a team with partition installers and ceiling fixers - Maintaining compliance with health and safety requirements Requirements: - Minimum 2 years' relevant professional experience in drylining, plastering, plasterboard installation and/or metal stud partition systems - Proven experience with metal stud systems, including British Gypsum, Knauf or similar systems - Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling Certificate, or willingness to obtain these before commencement - Ability to read and interpret technical construction drawings - Sufficient English to understand and comply with workplace health and safety instructions - Full driving licence desirable but not essential To Apply: Send CV to [REAL EMAIL - please confirm - currently [email protected]] or apply through JobsIreland / IrishJobs.
