Job title: Baker Employer: Freshii Ltd T/A SOS Cookies Location: Production Ground Floor, Old Windmill Court, Lower Gerald Griffin St, Limerick, V94 YRD7 Annual Salary: €36,605 Hours: 39 hours per week Responsibilities: Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of cookie doughs in accordance with recipes. Ensure all products are baked to perfection, meeting company standards for taste and appearance. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and workspaces, adhering to health and safety regulations. Monitor oven temperatures and timing to ensure optimal baking conditions. Scale and portion doughs for consistency in product size and weight. Assisting with decorating or finishing cookies. Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies. Assist with packaging and preparing cookies for shipment or delivery. Collaborate with the team to develop new cookie flavors and recipes. Ensure that all cookies are produced efficiently, on time, and in accordance with daily production targets. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Requirements: Formal culinary education or equivalent experience as a Baker Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment Ability to read and follow recipes and instructions Attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent organizational and time-management skills Good communication skills
