Experienced Carpenter – Residential Construction & Modular Homes

Aria’s Modular Homes Limited is seeking an experienced Carpenter to support residential extensions, attic conversions and modular-home installations across Dublin. This is a permanent, full-time role: 40 hours per week, €40,000 gross basic salary per annum. Location: Lucan, Co. Dublin, with work at residential construction and modular-home installation sites in the Dublin area. Main duties Carry out first- and second-fix carpentry on residential extensions, attic conversions and modular homes. Install timber stud walls, floors, roof structures, doors, skirting, architraves and internal finishes. Fit kitchens, internal doors, partitions, stairs and other timber components. Read and work from architectural, structural and site drawings. Assist with installation and finishing of modular-home components. Measure, cut, assemble and install timber and sheet materials accurately. Work safely alongside plumbers, electricians, blocklayers and other trades. Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area in accordance with site health-and-safety procedures. Essential requirements At least 4 years’ relevant experience as a Carpenter. Relevant carpentry trade qualification or demonstrable equivalent practical experience. Strong experience in residential first fix, second fix, timber framing and internal finishing. Ability to read construction drawings and work independently. Safe Pass or willingness to obtain a Safe Pass before starting work. Apply via website or email : [email protected]
