The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard. Duties will include monitoring food quality and waste control, maintaining high standards of food hygiene, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements. Candidates must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistently high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation.
