Chef de Partie

Chef de Partie is required to work at Pubstart Limited, located at Wellpark Retail Centre, 12 Wellpark Rd, Galway, H91 K5D2. The candidate must have at least two years of experience as a Chef de Partie. Responsibilities include preparing meal ingredients, handling incoming deliveries, monitoring the inventory of restaurant supplies, performing basic cleaning duties, preparing, plating and presenting meals, overseeing kitchen opening and closing procedures, and carrying out other related duties as directed by management and the Head Chef.
