Chef de Partie

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is reliable, organised, and enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and hygiene. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of hot food dishes. Produce desserts, pastries, cakes, and sweet products. Assist with catering and special event preparation. Support daily food production and kitchen organisation. Maintain excellent food presentation and quality standards. Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations. Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste. Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and efficient. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily production targets. Requirements Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of hot food preparation and dessert production. Experience with large-scale food production is an advantage. Understanding of HACCP and food safety procedures. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Positive attitude and strong team spirit. Good English communication skills. Flexibility to work some weekends as part of the rota.
