Aherns Garage Limited requires multiple Motor Vehicle Technician roles for their premises at Tralee Road, Castleisland, V92 N235. The salary range starts from €36,605 (18.05/hr) to €54,000 (26.63/hr) based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications. Job Description - Inspection, diagnosis, and repair of automobiles. Safe and proficient use of appropriate tools and materials. Maintenance of accurate records. Polite and effective communication with customers. Ability to work independently. KEY REQUIREMENTS Required Qualifications - Certified Diagnostic Technician. High Voltage certification. Experience with diagnostic systems. In-depth understanding of wiring diagrams. Analytical approach to guided fault finding. Passion for the identification and repair of complex technical concerns. Full, valid and current driver’s license. Post qualification experience with a BMW or BYD main dealer would be an advantage.
