Collins Communications Ltd trading as Food PR is seeking a Senior Account Manager tasked with managing a portfolio of food and hospitality brand clients. This is a senior, client-facing, strategy-led role combining integrated campaign development, PR, influencer marketing, and copywriting, with responsibility for leading client accounts and mentoring support team members where required. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the senior point of contact and trusted strategic advisor Develop and oversee integrated marketing and communications campaigns, from initial concept through to execution and reporting Design and implement strategies across platforms, including content planning, content creation, community management, and performance analysis Source, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships to support campaign objectives Write and produce copy across a range of formats, including content, press materials, campaign work, and client documents Oversee PR activity, including media outreach, press release drafting, and event coordination, ensuring campaign timelines are met from concept through to completion Present campaign strategies, creative concepts, and performance results to senior client stakeholders Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and platform developments within the food and hospitality sector to inform strategic recommendations Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent client accounts Support the development of support account team members where applicable Skills and Experience Required: Minimum 2 years agency experience in account management, ideally in food and hospitality industry Proven experience in account management, media, PR, and brand strategy Demonstrated track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across PR, social, and influencer channels Creative approach to video content, whether through hands-on creation or editing, with the ability to produce high-quality, dynamic, food-focused video content for clients Strong copywriting skills, adapt across brands and formats Experience managing senior client relationships and acting as a strategic lead Working knowledge of media platforms, content strategy, and performance analytics Experience coordinating influencer marketing partnerships Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing deadlines Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal Software/Platform Proficiency: Media management and scheduling tools, for example Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar Social analytics and reporting platforms, for example platform insights, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics
