Accommodation Manager SOC 1221 – Hotel and Accommodation Managers Company Name: Bed Res Investments Limited T/A Clink iLár Company Address: 27 Merchant's Quay, Dublin 8, D08 H5Y3 Place of Employment: 35 - 36 Abbey Street Upper, Dublin 1 , D01 Y3Y7 Job Description The Accommodation Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the hostel's accommodation operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, the effective use of resources, and the maintenance of high standards of quality and guest experience. Main Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the hostel's activities and resources, ensuring the efficient operation of the establishment. Manage teams, human resources and materials in line with operational requirements. Plan the allocation of staff and resources according to accommodation demand and occupancy levels. Supervise and develop teams, ensuring high standards of performance and customer service. Coordinate accommodation, reservations, guest services and maintenance activities. Monitor operational performance, operating costs and service quality. Ensure the satisfaction, comfort and safety of guests. Implement operational procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Requirements Qualification in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in accommodation/hospitality operations management. Strong leadership, organisational, planning and decision-making skills.
