Laffan Concrete Pumps Ltd requires multiple HGV Driver roles for their premises at Ballykillaboy Kilmacow Co. Kilkenny X91 X544. The salary range starts from €37,544 (18.05/hr) to €42,000 (20.19/hr) based on a 40-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications. Job Description - Heavy goods vehicle driver: you will be responsible for driving the vehicle to and from job sites in a safe and conscientious manner. Once on site, your main function as a driver is to control the operation of the pump and the output of concrete by directing the boom. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be willing to learn and comprehend the operation of a heavy goods vehicle as well as some basic mechanics that may be involved, in order to keep the vehicle in good working condition. A driver must also have good customer-relations skills and the ability to problem-solve under pressure. They should have good communication skills (English language essential) and enjoy working outdoors.
